Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel kitchen or similar environment
  • Must be hardworking and dedicated
  • Must be motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Own transport preferable

Key Performance Objectives:

  • Full responsibility for the running of the section required
  • Ordering of products, quality and quantity control of product
  • Performing duties and following instructions to the fullest
  • The performing job title with pride and a high standard of hygiene
  • Strong communication skills and working within a tight team unit
  • Resourceful, out the box thinking and creativity
