Main duties involve keeping the establishment on the forefront of culinary innovation and trends, leading the brigade to the standards clientele have come to expect while minimizing costs oversee the daily operations of the staff and kitchen. create new menu items that reflect innovation. consider the needs and desires of the customers. purchase ingredients and maintaining necessary inventory. train and educate new staff. ensure employee safety and restaurant cleanliness. ensure customer satisfaction and seek feedback on menu items. check the quality of the culinary product.
