Kitchen Manager/Chef position available with upmarket Restaurant in Fourways area.
Candidates must have 4+ years kitchen management/chef experience in a Restaurant environment.
Must have good all round cooking and food management skills. Will be expected to assist in all sections of the kitchen.
Main duties include stock management, food costing and handing off all kitchen administration.
Ability to lead a kitchen brigade essential. The successful applicant must also have experience in running a pass.
Looking for someone who is well spoken, presentable with own car. The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
