Artisanal Immune-Boosting meals delivered to your home

South Africa’s leading events and conferencing company The Forum Company are delighted to launch their online food delivery service, creating delicious freshly prepared meals packed with immune-boosting ingredients.

“Conferences and events are not permitted currently but we recognise that our clients still want our fine, wholesome, nutritious food for their families, conveniently and safely delivered to their homes,” says Glynis Hyslop, Managing Director, The Forum Company.

Our chefs, with the help of a dietitian Louise Carter, have been busy in the kitchen testing and prepping meals that are not only delicious but healthy too! Menu options include our traditional “Family Favourites” as well as plant-based and vegetarian dishes – with special emphasis on Immune System Boosting and promoting Gut Health.

Our unique menus are designed to showcase quality, local and seasonal products that are nutritious and sustainable too. Another key differentiator of The Forum Kitchen meals is our gold Healthy Venue accreditation from the World Obesity Forum (WOF).  We recognise the importance of healthy eating and create menus with reduced fat, sugar and salt.  Food safety and hygiene are a priority and are HACCP compliant.

“Wellness, sustainability and a sense of community encapsulate what matters to us as a company, so all our dishes include locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. We are about real, fresh food from ethical suppliers with whom we have developed strong relationships,” adds Hyslop.

Menus will change weekly and are available for delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays initially in Johannesburg North. Meal portions are created for four people with working/school-going families who are juggling work, online school & other demands of busy lives.  The Forum Kitchen is there as the perfect backup – no standing in queues at the shops, freshly prepared healthy options that the whole family will love.  Made and sealed in our kitchen, all you need to do is heat and plate it! To view the menu and place your order:  www.theforumkitchen.co.za
